These Terms and Conditions regulate the operation of the ONAU Website ("Website") of EDP INOVAÇÃO, S.A. ("EDP Inovação"), with registered office at Avenida 24 de Julho, no. 12, 1249-300 Lisbon, a collective entity with the sole number of collective entity and registration in the Commercial Registry Office 507 988 760, with the share capital of 50,000.00 Euros.The user ("User") acknowledges that in order to access, consult and use the Website he/she must accept these Terms and Conditions, ensuring that he/she has understood them. If the User does not agree to the Terms and Conditions, he/she must refrain from using the Website.
2.1 In general, the User must use the Website in a responsible, prudent and careful manner, and must not disrupt or degrade the continuity, integrity and quality of the Website's features and functions, neither collide on the rights and/or possibilities of use of third-party users.

The User is liable to EDP Inovação for any damages resulting from non-compliance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, without prejudice to the application of disciplinary sanctions or other criminal or administrative sanctions provided by law.

7.2 In the event of any dispute arising from and/or resulting from the interpretation and/or application of the Terms and Conditions described herein, the Judicial Court of the District of Lisbon will have jurisdiction, with the express renunciation of any other.
